If checked, you can add an e-mail address to which the form data should be sent.

From e-mail

E-mail address of the sender.

To e-mail

Address of the the recipient, e.g. administrator.

Subject

Subject of the message.

Attach uploaded documents

If checked, the biz form attachments are also in the e-mail (if there were any).
